Can I cancel my order?

If we haven't shipped your order yet, it is possible. Send us an email at hello@poodlenoodleco.com as soon as possible

How long before my order ships?

We're a very small team so it can take us up to 7 days depending on the order. However, if you're in a rush (event, birthday etc.) email us and we'll try to figure it out for you. Email us at hello@poodlenoodleco.com. 

What is the return policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Where do you ship from?

90% of our products are shipped from Toronto, Ontario with the exception of a few items being shipped directly from our manufacturer located in Southern Ontario. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Shipping fees for orders placed outside of Canada and US are calculated automatically based on location and weight.

Why did I not receive a tracking number?

Canada: All customers from Canada will receive a  tracking number with the free shipping option.
US: US Customers will not receive a tracking number if they select the free shipping option. Tracking number will be provided if they select the "Standard with Tracking" option, which is a flat rate of $15.
EU & UK: Customers will not receive a tracking number if they select the "Small Packet International" option. Tracking number will be provided if they select  the "Tracked Packet International" and the cost will be calculated based on weight and location.
